Sr. PPC Account Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a talented and highly driven individual who has a passion for digital marketing, particularly Google and Facebook ads, and has the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies. This is a 100% remote full-time position, that comes with a lot of responsibility and job growth. Candidates must reside within the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search and paid social strategies in line with client objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Create and manage campaign budgets and forecasts.
  • Create, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for CRO
  • Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists
  • Develop robust processes for campaign setup and optimization and ensure team is following the processes
  • Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and provide guidance.
  • Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing campaigns on Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Facebook and other platforms
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns for B2B, SaaS and E-commerce clients
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience in defining processes and checklists for campaigns
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with Unbounce or other landing page builders
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client accounts in an agency setting

Digital Marketing Sales Representative (Commission Only, Remote)

We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Sales Representative to help push our growth to new heights and expand our footprint nationwide. We are looking for a self-starter who is experienced in selling digital marketing services especially PPC/SEM management, e-commerce marketing and direct response marketing.

While we will provide leads to you that we generate through our website and marketing campaigns, you will need to be aggressive and proactive in generating your own leads through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, events and prior relationships.

This is a 100% remote position that can be part-time or full-time. The position will be commissions-only in the beginning. Candidates must reside in the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, prospect, present, and close new accounts with E-commerce, Direct Response, Tech/SaaS and B2B clients
  • Develop and track end-to-end opportunity pipeline
  • Discuss initial client needs, prepare proposals and deliver presentations remotely
  • Understand client’s pain points and eloquently describe our digital marketing solutions and how they will meet client’s goals
  • Always maintain a warm and friendly etiquette with clients, build a relationship with them and win them over
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
  • Log all lead activity, deals and status in HubSpot CRM
  • Handoff accounts to Account Managers as part of new client on boarding

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in the digital marketing field
  • Experience selling in E-commerce, Direct Response, and Direct to Consumer industries such as single product and As Seen on TV
  • Experience with Tech and B2B industries a big plus
  • Extremely knowledgeable in digital marketing concepts including PPC, SEM, social media marketing, display advertising, retargeting etc.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
  • Great personality, able to easily build a rapport with prospects
  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their situation and come up with creative solutions to address their needs
  • Excellent work environment including high speed internet access, newer laptop/desktop computer and quiet space for phone calls and video meetings
