The Client

Internet eBusiness Solutions (IES) is a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Business Central software reseller and service provider based in Florida and operating nationally.
They focus exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central products and support services, including legacy Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV.

The Challenge
IES was struggling to generate leads for their Microsoft Dynamics solutions. They had created a new website on HubSpot. However, they were not able to increase organic traffic or generate a lot of leads because they had poor search engine rankings. They had also setup Google Ads but the campaigns were very inefficient with a very high cost per lead making it unsustainable.
They signed up with SevenAtoms with the main goal of increasing lead generation through PPC, SEO and content efforts. They were looking to drive targeted traffic and get consistent lead flow from search engines.

Because the industry was highly competitive, our approach for the PPC campaigns centered around long-tail keywords, precise ads and custom landing pages. We targeted high-intent search queries across multiple locations and relied on conversion-optimized, dynamic landing pages to drive lead generation. We had to monitor search terms very closely and add negative keywords to our campaigns in order to keep the traffic relevant. Additionally, we A/B tested landing pages in order to improve conversion rates.
We overhauled the website to improve SEO and content, and began researching, writing, and publishing engaging blog content every month to help improve organic keyword rankings. We also created high-quality downloadable ebooks, adding CTAs to the ebook landing pages to relevant blogs, to convert organic traffic into leads.
